My Childhood - Karísia

When I was a child the thing I liked to do the most was to play soccer. I used to play everyday at school. I also liked to skateboard. When I was eight years old I did my first trip abroad, wich was to USA. My childhood was very different from the other girls. They prefered to play with dolls and I prefered soccer and skateboard, so most of my friends were boys. Every weekend me and my cousins used to go to the beach and listen to Destiny's Child, wich was my favorite band. Me and my brother were always fighting for the TV remote control. One day, I was riding my bike in my friend's house and i fell. My knee started to bleed and it hurted a lot. I was very organized and studious, and I still am. Almost every day I used to play with the other children of my building, we always played hide-and-seek.When I was a child, I always wanted to break an arm or a leg. Also wanted to wear glasses and dental unit, but now I wear, I now how terrible it is. That's all... i really miss my childhood.

My Childhood - Gabriel

My childhood was very good, it was the best time of my life, and I always will want return to it.
I spent all my childhood playing with my friends, friend that I made in some homes that I lived in, like the condominium João Paulo II, where I live some years of my life.
But the most of my friends I made in the school where I study when I was 6 years and stay there until 12 years old, I spent a lot of time playing in the school, I played soccer and a lot of children games, like Tag, Rock-paper-Scissors and lots funny games.
In my childhood I used to travel a lot to visit my grandmother in her city, called Jaguaruana, and I made some friends there too, somes still my friends until today.
A great addiction that I had in my childhood was the Video-Game, I spent a lot of time playing, I had a Mega Drive, a Super Nintendo, and a Playstation, but I don't regret to play, it wasn't a waste of time like my parents used to say.
Resuming, I had a very happy childhood.

My Childhood - Eliziane

My Childhood,

I have 3 brothers, 2 guys and 1 girl. The difference between us 4 is 2 years, so during our childhood
we played a lot togheter, I am the oldest.
We had a vacation house in Aquiraz, wich has pool, soccer field, a lot of green so every holliday the all family used to go there.
We had Christmas, New Years eve and Carnival every year over there.
I wasn't a bad kid, I always listened my dad and did everything right. I loved to wear my mom clothes, dance, play on pool and play with dolls.
I studied for 9 years on Colegio Cearense, I felt I was in home during the time I was in school.
I have a lot of good memories of my childhood and miss it too much, because you are happy when your are this age because you don't have no problems

My Childhood - Mariana Rocha

I must say I enjoyed my childhood. And I REALLY enjoyed it! I was a happy child (thanks God!) and I had a lot of friends.

I used to play hide-and-seek, bandeirinha, cola-cola, pega-pega. I used to play with my Barbie and anothers dolls. I used to ride a bike, I used to jump rope, I used to play video game, I used to go to my grandparent’s house.

I wasn’t SO naughty; I knew when was time to study and when was time to play.

I remember that in my building there was a tree and everybody climbed that, it was funny!

I still live in the same building and, unfortunately, the tree was cut down last year. Everybody was sad because it made part of our lives!

So… I think that’s all, this is my childhood!

My Childhood - Pedro Emanuel

My childhood was way short, at least by what I think of it. I studied in c7s from when I was two years old to the second grade. After that, I used to study in Antares, and it was way much harder, because my parents didn't let me pay in the afternoon, and there was exams every single week. I had to take much more responsability that I think I would if I had stayed in c7s.

One great deal back in my childhood is that I didn't lived in a common home, but in a condominium, sho I hade more frineds and it was easier to find where they are so I could check with my parents if I could go out or play with them.

The fact I remember most about my childhood was when I hit my head on the hand rail in my school. I got a cut in my head, and a lot of blood came out. It's not like it hurt or something, I didn't even felt frightened, but I fell asleep way easier than I thought I would when the doctor gave me a sleeping pill. It turned out to be fine.

I can still meet my friends from c7s, but I won't remember who they are, only a few of them. And it wouldn't be very pleasant, because we all gone very different ways.

Now, Mariana Rocha reviews "Enchanted".

“Enchanted” is a Disney’s movie. It’s a romantic comedy. It’s directed by Kevin Lima. The main actors are Amy Adams (Giselle), Patrick Dempsey (Robert) and James Marsden (Edward). It’s a musical with beautiful songs.

“Enchanted” is a fairy tale that becomes real when the witch throws Giselle to New York because she doesn’t want that her gets marry with Edward and becomes a princess. When she arrives there, she doesn’t know anybody until a divorced lawyer provides help. After that, the movie really starts.

The story held my interest from beginning to end. The songs are pretty good. I must say I enjoyed this movie.

Step Up - Karísia

Enjoy dancing? Read Karísia's review of "Step Up"

The title of the movie is Step Up. It's a romance, drama and a musical. The director is Anne Fletcher. The main actors are Chamming Tatum, who plays Tyler; and Jenna Dewan, who plays Nora.
After a party, Tyler and two friends invade a school and commit vandalism. Tyler is arrested and senteced to do community service in the school. There, he meet Nora, a dancer and a beatiful girl. She needs someone to help her in the coreography, and Tyler offers to help her, and she accepts. Then, they fall in love..
I really liked it, that movie is wonderful, the dances are fantastic, the actors are pretty good and it's a beautiful story.
But, if you don't like music and dance, and hate love storys, you shouldn't watch that movie.

Night Watch - Gabriel

Now we have Gabriel and his review of "Night Watch" (Guardiões da Noite).

The movie that I will talk about it proves, in my opinion, that good movies aren't only made in United States
"Night Watch" is a fantasy-action russian movie, is the first part of a trilogy and is based on a book with the same name written by Sergei Lukyanenko(a famous russian novel writter).
The story of the movie directed by Timur Bekmambetov is the typical war between good and evil.
When Anton, the protagonist, discover the existence of supernatural beings he have to choose which side he gonna be, because only who can see the supernatural are the supernatural, so he discover he is a supernatural. He have to choose the Night Guardian, the good ones, and the Day Guardian, the bad ones.
When he choose to be a Night Guardian, he have to protect the night against the Day Guardians.
The movie have excellent special effects with the help from Holywood.
I liked in this movie all the story of supernaturals in Moscow, and the secret war that happens without anyone knows.

50 First Dates - Diego

This is Diego reviewing "50 First Dates" (Como se Fosse a Primeira Vez). Read it and comment it!

50 First Dates is a romance comedian that talk about a beatiful story of love of a couple, Henry and Lucy. Henry covered with star for Adam Sandler is a bachelor that doesn´t want to assume compromisses know Lucy covered with star for Drew Barrymore in a restaurante and the first sight was love but he doesn´t know that her has a rare neurological illness that cause the loss of memory during the night - every night. But he loved her and he decides to fight for love of Lucy, reconquering her all the nights. In my opinion this movie is the most funny romance comedian of the all, because Adam Sandler is very professional and much funny and have scenes very nices that they conquer in them. I suggest for everybody.
